YouTube and Youku Tudou are focusing on creating original content, while the other two focus on premium television. In addition to this, Youku became the exclusive online video marketing platform in China for the Marvel collection of movies and TV series. Disney and Marvel have also made deals with Youku, making it even harder to break even.
